Investments

Thanks to its long history of excellence and generous supporters, Montana Technological University has a vibrant future. This longevity is the guiding force for the Montana Tech Foundation in investing private gifts for long term results without forgoing short term gains. The Investment Committee of the Montana Tech Foundation's Board sets the general direction of these investments and oversees the management of the Montana Tech Foundation's endowment, ensuring compliance with all federal and state requirements and strict adherence to the Montana Tech Foundation's fiduciary obligation to our donors and to Montana Tech.

Financials

The Montana Tech Foundation is considered a component unit of Montana Technological University. As such, the Audited Financial Statements for the Montana Tech Foundation are included in the Combined Financial Statements of Montana Technological University. Montana Tech is a component unit of the State Of Montana whose financial statements are audited by the Legislative Auditors for the State Of Montana.
